From a Dad's View

David answers your questions

Question: I earn more than my partner. He's great with our children but I still feel guilty and I think it bruises his ego.

Answer: Hmmm. Did he say so? How does it manifest itself?

My thinking is harvest while the harvesting is good. If he really does have a problem with you earning more, ask him how much of a pay cut would make him feel better. In money matters, more is merrier.
