Q. I do weight training two days a week but now I travel a lot for business, are there effective exercises I can do in my hotel room when I can’t get to the gym?

A. Sure! A few ideas are pushups and tricep dips off a chair for upper body. These two exercises will work your chest triceps and shoulders.
