You might know it as the home of Microsoft, Nordstrom's and Starbuck's but Seattle will stand for exploration to your family after a weekend visit or extended business trip. The Emerald City offers natural fun for the whole family. Ride a ferry on Puget Sound, visitTillicum Village on the waterfront or take a ride up the Needle to view near by Mount Rainer.

A 74 acre complex which includes an amusement park, museums, shops, theaters, the Coliseum, and the city's famous landmark, The Space Needle which has a lounge, restaurants and observation deck.

Dating back to the Wright Brothers, this museum houses a great exhibit on the history of aviation. Many airplanes are suspended from the ceiling and on the ground. More than 50 planes including the original Air Force One and a spy plane are housed here.

Mt. Rainer National Park

Just 85 miles southeast of Seattle, Mount Rainer is the fifth highest mountain in the lower 48 states. You can view glaciers, ice caves and hundreds of miles of wilderness. Hiking, fishing and cross- country skiing are available for the outdoorsmen.
