 Exercise of the WeekSeated Torso Twist

Sit tall on a mat with the left leg extended straight.  
Bend your right knee and cross the right leg over left, placing right foot flat on floor outside of left knee.   
Rotate torso to the right, extending right arm back with hand to the floor, as left arm reaches around the right side of right leg, reaching for ankle.   
Look over right shoulder. 
 Feel mild tension through the torso area. Hold 15 to 30 seconds. Repeat on other side.
