Lunch Bunch Meals Week 1

Monday
Grilled Lime Chicken Salad
Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

SETTING THE SCENE: Make the chicken salad the night before. Divide into four portions placed into disposable containers. Group together four packets of 3 cookies each. Wrap in plastic wrap tied at the top. For Monday's lunch serve each pal at her desk. Lay a sturdy plastic plate on top of a large paper napkin. Place a container of chicken salad on the plate with the wrapped cookies on top of the container. Top with a plastic fork.


Tuesday
California Sandwich
Marinated Grilled Veggies

SETTING THE SCENE: Line four small wicker baskets with checkered napkins. Cut the sandwich in two and wrap each one in plastic. Place the halves inside the basket. Place individual servings of Marinated Roasted Vegetables with Feta Cheese into small disposable containers. Place a container in each basket. Add a sturdy plate, plastic fork and colorful napkin to each basket. When lunchtime comes, simply deliver each basket to your Lunch Bunch pal.


Wednesday
Fast Broccoli Soup
Shrimp and White Bean Salad

SETTING THE SCENE: Use a thermos to bring the soup to work. Pour individual servings into hot capacity paper cups. Serve the shrimp and bean salad in individual disposable containers. Place the soup cup on a large paper napkin on top of your Lunch Bunch pal's desk. Place a plate, spoon and fork next to the soup. Add the container of salad to the place setting. Add a chocolate mint or two for dessert!


Thursday
Caesar Pasta Salad
Peanut Butter Chocolate Layer Bars

SETTING THE SCENE: Bring the salad to work in a large covered bowl. Serve on individual plates with a peanut butter chocolate bar wrapped for dessert. Don't forget the napkin and fork and perhaps a fresh flower!
